Grades 7th-12th
Performers use their bodies, voices, and imagination to bring stories, lyrics, and words to life. Performers also use emotions, which can be challenging to navigate. In this workshop, you will learn how to name the emotions you feel,  a performance technique designed to help you navigate complex emotions while performing, and tools for practicing wellness and self-care. Recommended for: those who perform live (actors, musicians, poets, dancers).
